Refunds
All return or refund requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date.
All returns are subject to prior approval by OctaKing Labs. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return request at our sole discretion.
Items that are not functioning upon opening the package may be eligible for return, provided the issue is reported promptly and verified by OctaKing Labs.
Returned products must be in their original condition, including original packaging and accessories.
Products that show evidence of modification, misuse, improper installation, neglect, or damage occurring after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
All shipping and handling costs associated with returns are the sole responsibility of the sender, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund requests.
Exchanges are not available for limited or limited-edition items under any circumstances

Handbuilt Product Disclaimer
All OctaKing Labs pedals are handbuilt products.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pedals, minor cosmetic variations may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handbuilt boutique equipment.
Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return or refund.
License Ownership & Usage Restrictions
Purchase of a licensed product grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the product in accordance with OctaKing Labs’ terms.
License ownership remains with the original registered buyer unless an approved ownership transfer is completed.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of licensed products is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination.

Shipping returns
